Rodrygo saves Real in extra time on the way to the 2022 Champions League final

After Real lost the semi-final first leg against Manchester City in spectacular fashion 4-3, they were challenged in front of their home crowd.

But when Riyad Mahrez scored the 0-1 in the 73rd minute of the game, it looked like Pep Guardiola's team would reach the final.

But then came the resurrection of Real Madrid. Substitute Rodrygo was only able to equalize from close range after a pass from Benzema, before he shocked City with a remarkable header just a minute later.

It went into overtime and the rest is history.
