A.)


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

After these 24 hours, they would have to wait to receive the goods and then send them back at their own expense, as the goods would then have already left production and fulfillment.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 24 hours, please use the withdrawal form below and send it to us by email to support@momentsoffame.com zu send.

The purchase amount will be refunded no later than 7 days after receipt of the cancellation via the payment method you previously used.

After submitting the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

A change to your address after ordering can only be made within 24 hours. After that, a change is no longer possible. Please inform us immediately support@momentsoffame.com mit.

Complaint:

If our product arrives damaged or you notice another quality defect in the product, you can send us a complaint. If a product is delivered damaged, this must always be documented immediately and reported to us. To do so, please send us an email to: support@momentsoffame.com 

In order for us to examine and process a complaint, theThis includes the following information:

  • Photo of the damaged product and/or shipping packaging (please photograph any damage clearly)
  • name and address of the customer
  • order number
  • indication of the reason for the complaint 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the complaint does not meet the above criteria.

Customers will receive written feedback on the processing status of their complaint within 48 hours.

If the complaint has been made in accordance with the instructions and in a justified manner, a replacement product will be sent again immediately after the complaint has been processed.

Of course, we will cover all costs for this.

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned and disposed of safely. If you wish to place a new order with a corrected delivery address, you will bear the costs.

It is therefore important that you provide your delivery address accurately and correctly.

We can correct the address up to 24 hours after receiving your order.

Packages that are returned because the customer was unable to accept them due to their absence and did not collect them from the parcel shop will not be refunded!

All customers automatically receive a tracking number after the goods have been dispatched. This allows the customer to track and view the status of the shipment at any time.

If you wish to return your goods for whatever reason, please note that the following conditions for return must be met:

- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

- The goods will be sent in the original packaging

- The product has not been used and is undamaged

- Receipt or proof of purchase must be enclosed

 

Goods that have been clearly personalized are excluded from the right of return.

You are liable for any damage that occurs during the return shipment. Please ensure that you always return items insured or with proof of shipment.

Please pay close attention to the address details you provided when ordering. 

If your address is incorrect or information is missing, the shipment will probably not be able to be delivered and will be sent back by the shipping company. Goods returned by the shipping service provider must be disposed of by us.

Replacement goods must be placed and paid for by you as a new order. Please always ensure that your details are correct and complete. If you notice an error too late, please inform us immediately by email to support@momentsoffame.com damit we can add or change the information in a timely manner.
