You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering.

After these 24 hours, you would first have to wait for the goods to be received and then send them back for a fee, as the goods have already left production and fulfillment.

The purchase amount will be refunded no later than 7 days after receipt of the cancellation via the payment method you previously used.

After sending the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

A change to your address after ordering can only take place within 24 hours. After that, a change is no longer possible. Please let us know immediately at support@momentsoffame.com mit.

In the event that our product reaches you damaged or you notice another quality defect in the product, you can send us a complaint. If a product was delivered damaged, this must always be documented and reported to us immediately. To do this, please send us an email to: support@momentsoffame.com

In order for us to review and process a complaint, it must contain the following information:

  • Photo of the damaged product and/or shipping packaging (please photograph any damage clearly visible)
  • Customer name and address
  • Order number
  • Indication of the reason for the complaint

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the complaint does not meet the above criteria.

Customers receive written feedback on the processing status of the complaint within 48 hours.

If the complaint was made as specified and justified, a replacement product will be sent again immediately after the complaint has been processed.

We will of course cover any costs for this.

If the delivery cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned and disposed of safely. If you want to place a new order with a corrected delivery address, you will be responsible for the costs.

It is therefore important that you enter your delivery address precisely and correctly.

Packages that are sent back because the customer was unable to accept them due to their absence and were not picked up at the parcel shop will not be refunded!

All customers automatically receive a tracking number after the goods have been dispatched. This allows the customer to track and view the status of the shipment at any time.

If you want to return your goods for whatever reason, you should note that the following return conditions are met:

- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

- The goods will be sent in the original packaging

- The product has not been used and is undamaged

- Receipt or proof of purchase must be enclosed


Goods that have been clearly personalized are excluded from the right of return.
