Where is my order?

You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as the package is dispatched.

Change delivery address?

I would like to cancel my order - what do I have to do?

Write to us using the cancellation form that you would like to withdraw from the purchase.

Please note that we can process a cancellation immediately within 24 hours as we can still prevent the order from being produced. This is the only way we can refund you the purchase amount immediately.

After 24 hours, your order may already be on its way to you.

In such a case, it is necessary to to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back to our return address.

I have only received part of my order

For orders that consist of several items, it may well be that we have split them into several parcel shipments.

We do this especially if there is a risk that packing too many posters in one package could cause them to be damaged.

You only ordered 1 poster with a frame, but you find Only the frame in the package?

You don't need to worry here either. Check the package again, because the poster is always sent together with the matching frame and is located between two, usually gray, protective layers of cardboard.
